# 4Stock

### What is 4Stock?

4Stock is a pre-bStock tokenized stock product introduced by Four.Meme.

It primarily covers popular stocks that do not yet have a corresponding bStock, allowing more stock assets to enter BNB Chain earlier and opening up more possibilities for Stock Memes on BSC.

Each 4Stock is backed 1:1 by its corresponding underlying stock asset.

When a user applies to mint 4Stock, Four.Meme uses the submitted funds to purchase the corresponding underlying stock through a dedicated managed account. 4Stock is then minted based on the actual amount of the underlying asset purchased and held.

Simply put:

Underlying Stock → 1:1 Asset Backing → 4Stock on BNB Chain

4Stock assets will focus on popular U.S. stocks that are not yet supported by bStock. More stocks will be added over time based on market interest and user demand.

With 4Stock, we aim to bring more stock assets to BNB Chain, earlier.

### What Can 4Stock Be Used For?

4Stock is more than a tokenized stock that sits in your wallet.

One of its most important use cases is serving as a base-pair asset for BSC Stock Memes.

Previously, the stock assets available as Stock Meme base pairs largely depended on which tokenized stocks were already available onchain.

This creates a limitation: even when a stock suddenly becomes a major market trend, if no corresponding onchain asset exists yet, Stock Memes built around that stock cannot immediately capture the narrative onchain.

4Stock is designed to change this.

What the market is watching and what communities are talking about should have a faster path onchain.

Through 4Stock, more trending stocks can become base assets for Stock Memes, allowing market attention, community culture, and meme narratives around traditional stocks to reach BNB Chain faster.

Once minted, 4Stock can also be freely transferred and traded onchain.

As open stock infrastructure for BSC, 4Stock is not limited to Four.Meme. We welcome projects and developers across the BSC ecosystem to build products and applications using 4Stock and help create a broader onchain stock ecosystem.

### How to Mint 4Stock?

During the early stage of the product, 4Stock minting will operate through an application-based process.

The process consists of three steps:

#### 1. Submit a 4Stock Mint Application

Using the same wallet address that will receive the 4Stock, transfer the corresponding amount of USDC to the designated 4Stock deposit wallet.

After completing the transfer, save the corresponding Transaction Hash (TxID) and submit it through the 4Stock Mint [Form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSccZEeP9r4eoOr15qpUajAX0VJI7AySZWwt2IXItrqSYXem_w/viewform?usp=send_form) so that your mint request can be verified.

The minimum amount for each mint request is 10,000 USDC equivalent.

Please make sure that the wallet address used to send the USDC is the same as the wallet address provided in the application form.

#### 2. Underlying Asset Purchase & Minting

Under normal circumstances, Four.Meme will process valid mint requests within 24 hours of receipt and purchase the corresponding underlying stock at the actual market price available at the time of execution.

Once the purchase is completed, Four.Meme will mint the corresponding amount of 4Stock on a 1:1 basis, based on the actual number of underlying shares purchased.

As stock prices fluctuate continuously, the actual execution price may differ from the market price at the time the application was submitted. As a result, the final amount of 4Stock received may differ from the initial estimate.

If the underlying stock is suspended from trading, has insufficient market liquidity, or is affected by other circumstances that prevent normal execution, the purchase and 4Stock minting process may be delayed accordingly.

A 1% Mint Fee applies to each 4Stock mint. The fee will be deducted directly from the USDC submitted by the user, with no additional payment required.

#### Faster Automated Minting Coming Soon

4Stock is currently in its early stage, so underlying asset purchases and minting are processed manually in batches.

Four.Meme will introduce an automated 4Stock purchase and minting system, connecting the full process from user subscription and underlying asset purchase to onchain minting.

Once launched, this will significantly shorten the 4Stock purchase and minting process, providing users and developers with a faster and more efficient way to access onchain stock assets.

#### 3. Receive 4Stock

After the underlying stock purchase is completed, Four.Meme will mint the corresponding amount of 4Stock and send it to the wallet address provided by the user.

Under normal circumstances, the full process will be completed within 24 hours after the user’s USDC is received. Processing may take longer under the exceptional market conditions described above.

### How to Redeem 4Stock — Coming Soon

4Stock will introduce a redemption mechanism that allows holders to redeem their 4Stock for USDC.

Redemption requests will also be processed on a 24-hour cycle.

When a redemption is executed, the corresponding underlying stock may be sold at the actual market price, and the resulting USDC will be returned to the user.

The minimum redemption amount is 10,000 USDC equivalent, and no redemption fee will be charged.

Because stock prices fluctuate continuously, the final amount of USDC received will depend on the actual market execution price at the time of redemption.

This creates a complete asset flow for 4Stock:

USDC → Underlying Stock → 4Stock → Onchain Trading / Stock Meme → USDC

When a corresponding bStock becomes available, another path can be introduced:

4Stock → 1:1 bStock<br>

### How Can a New 4Stock Be Added?

The range of assets supported by 4Stock is not determined by Four.Meme alone.

We want the market to help decide what comes next.

If you believe a stock should be brought to BSC and no corresponding 4Stock currently exists, you can apply to become the initial participant for that new 4Stock asset.

The initial issuance of a new 4Stock requires 500,000 USDC.

Once the application is approved:

* 250,000 USDC will be used to purchase the corresponding underlying stock. The equivalent amount of 4Stock will then be minted on a 1:1 basis.
* The remaining 250,000 USDC will be paired with the newly minted 4Stock to establish the asset’s initial onchain liquidity pool.

Once the initial issuance and liquidity deployment are complete, the new 4Stock will officially become a supported Stock Meme base-pair asset on Four.Meme.

Users and communities can then use it to launch and trade Stock Memes built around that stock.

### What Does the Initial Participant Receive?

We believe participants who help bring new stock assets to BSC should be able to share in the value they help create.

The initial applicant of a new 4Stock will receive:

50% of the internal trading fees generated by related Stock Memes + 50% of the yield generated by the corresponding initial LP.

Applying for a new 4Stock is therefore more than purchasing an asset.

You are bringing a new onchain stock asset to BSC and opening a new market for Stock Memes, trading, and liquidity built around it.

As more participants introduce new 4Stocks, we aim to build an onchain stock asset ecosystem that expands based on real market demand and ecosystem participation.

### Building Open Stock Infrastructure for BNB Chain

The market needs more assets, faster access, deeper liquidity, and more onchain-native ways to use stocks.

4Stock is not being built only for Four.Meme.

From the beginning, our goal has been to make 4Stock part of the broader stock infrastructure on BNB Chain — providing composable stock assets that developers, protocols, and applications can build on.

That is why 4Stock will remain open.

We welcome wallets, DEXs, trading protocols, DeFi protocols, and developers across the BNB Chain ecosystem to integrate 4Stock and explore new applications around stock assets — from trading and liquidity to yield products and entirely new use cases that have yet to be created.

Four.Meme will be the first to use 4Stock to expand the asset universe of Stock Memes, but we do not want 4Stock to exist only within Four.Meme.

Useful infrastructure should not serve only one platform. It should give others something to build on.

Through 4Stock, we aim to expand the supply of stock assets available on BNB Chain, allowing developers to focus on products, trading, and application innovation instead of having to solve asset issuance first.

### 如何获得 / 铸造 4Stock？

在产品早期阶段，4Stock 将采用申请制铸造。

整个流程分为三步：

#### 1. 提交 4Stock 铸造申请

用户需要使用用于接收 4Stock 的同一钱包地址，将对应数量的 USDC 转入 4Stock 指定收款钱包。

转账完成后，请保存对应的 Transaction Hash（TxID），并在 4Stock Mint [Form ](https://forms.gle/QigteGxerxJD1M9d7)中提交，用于核验本次铸造申请。单笔铸造申请最低为 10,000 USDC 等值。

请务必确认转账钱包地址与申请表中填写的钱包地址一致。

#### 2. 统一执行购买

正常情况下，Four.Meme 将在收到有效赎回申请后的 24 小时内完成处理，按照实际执行时的市场价格购买对应的底层股票资产。

购买完成后，Four.Meme 将根据实际成交的股票数量，1:1 铸造对应数量的 4Stock。

由于股票价格持续变化，实际成交价格可能与用户提交申请时的市场价格存在差异，因此用户最终获得的 4Stock 数量也可能与申请时的预估数量存在一定波动。

如遇对应股票停牌、市场流动性不足或其他影响正常交易执行的特殊情况，购买及 4Stock 铸造时间可能相应顺延。

4Stock 铸造将收取 1% Mint Fee，手续费直接从用户提交的 USDC 中扣除，无需额外支付。

#### 更快的自动化 Mint 即将上线

目前 4Stock 仍处于早期阶段，因此资产购买和 Mint 采用人工批量处理机制。

后续，Four.Meme 将上线 4Stock 自动购买与铸造系统，进一步打通用户申购、底层资产购买与链上 Mint 流程。

届时，4Stock 的购买与铸造时间将大幅缩短，为用户和开发者提供更高效的链上 Stock 资产获取体验。

#### 3. 收到 4Stock

底层股票资产购买完成后，Four.Meme 将按照实际购买数量铸造对应的 4Stock，并发送至用户提交的钱包地址。

正常情况下，整个流程将在收到用户 USDC 后的 24 小时内完成；如遇上述特殊市场情况，实际到账时间可能有所延迟。

### 如何赎回 4Stock？【即将上线】

4Stock 未来将开放赎回功能。

用户可以通过 Four.Meme 提供的赎回机制，将持有的 4Stock 赎回为 USDC。

赎回同样按照 24 小时周期处理。执行赎回时，对应底层资产可以按照实际市场价格卖出，并将对应 USDC 返还给用户。

单笔最低赎回金额为 10,000 USDC 等值，赎回不收取手续费。

由于股票市场价格持续变化，最终获得的 USDC 金额将以实际执行赎回时的市场成交情况为准。

因此，4Stock 将拥有一套完整的资产路径：

USDC → 对应底层资产 → 4Stock → 链上交易 / Stock Meme → USDC

而当对应 bStock 正式上线后，则可以进入另一条路径：

4Stock → 1:1 bStock

### 如何增加一个新的 4Stock？

4Stock 的资产范围并不是由 Four.Meme 单方面决定。

我们希望把选择权进一步交给市场——如果你认为某只股票值得被带到 BSC，而目前还没有对应的 4Stock，你可以申请成为这个新 4Stock 品种的首发参与者。

对于尚未发行 4Stock 的股票，首次发行将采用 50 万 USDC 的初始资金规模。

申请通过后，资金将按照以下方式使用：

* 25 万 USDC 用于购买对应的底层股票资产，并据此 1:1 铸造对应的 4Stock；
* 另外 25 万 USDC 将与新铸造的 4Stock 共同组成初始流动性池，为该资产建立链上流动性。

完成首次发行和流动性部署后，该 4Stock 将正式加入 Four.Meme 支持的 Stock Meme 底池资产列表。此后，Four.Meme 上的用户和社区即可使用该 4Stock 作为底池，发行和交易围绕这只股票构建的 Stock Meme。

### 首发参与者可以获得什么？

我们希望最早帮助一个新股票资产进入 BSC 的参与者，也能够持续分享由此创造的生态价值。

因此，新 4Stock 的首发申请人将获得：

50% 相关 Stock Meme 内盘交易手续费分成 + 50% 对应初始 LP 产生的收益。

这意味着，申请一个新的 4Stock，不只是完成一次资产购买。
